Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our studio in Calabasas, California.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Hand-finished and made-to-order pieces may take longer. If an item will take more than 5 business days, we will email you.

Shipping rates

We ship with USPS, UPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated live at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address. You will see the exact cost and choose your service before you pay. We add no handling fees.

Delivery times (after processing)

United States

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2 to 5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 1 to 5 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

International

  • DHL Express Worldwide: 3 to 7 business days
  • USPS and UPS international services: 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination and customs

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States and 56 other countries. If your country does not appear at checkout, email us and we will try to arrange it.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. Where DHL Express prepaid duties are available, these are calculated and collected at checkout, so nothing is owed on delivery. Otherwise, duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier before delivery. We cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue shipments.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days, please contact us.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders

If tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos. We will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot replace orders lost due to an incorrect address.
